Have you ever noticed that when the sun is out everyone is in a better mood. The people around you are cheerier and looking forward to just being out and about. Well maybe not everyone but some people are in a bit of a funk, continuing on my rant. In the winters we go through a winter depression which (is weirdly normal) is related with the decreased sun exposure and makes our serotonin levels drop. Long story short it explains why we feel sluggish, less motivated, and moody on those long winter months.
Go outside as much as you can because these summer days are numbered. If your cooped up in an office or just feeling a bit down. Open a window breath in that fresh air, and when it is your break or lunch time go outside and take in some sun. Take sometime to enjoy the simple things in life! The sun is the recharge we all need. In a sense we are like plants they wilt when they have not been watered or been exposed to sun. Drink some water and go outside trust me the 5 minutes can make a difference.

Everything is better when we start feeling good internally.
*note if your fair skinned make sure to lather some sunscreen*
